Create twenty different cookie designs with this Italian-made press. The precision-made press is a substantial 8-1/2" long by 2" in diameter and has a 5" long handle for ease of operation. The body of the press is aluminum as are the twenty dies shown above. This press is a joy to use. Simply prepare your dough, load the cylinder, choose your die and screw the cylinder end-cap into the body of the press to capture your die. A regulator on the body of the press allows you to make either small or large cookies. Grease a cold cookie sheet or use our SILPAT® non-stick baking sheet or our imported parchment paper on your cookie sheet to keep the cookies from sticking. Then place the cookie press on the sheet and push the lever downward to make a cookie. Raise the lever, move to a new position to make another. Continue making cookies till the sheet is full. Our press comes with a basic dough recipe and detailed, illustrated directions for making the prettiest cookies you have ever seen.
